Over the years, ISE has grown with several key suppliers. This allows us to offer our customers the best quality and pricing possible whether for tooling or surface finishes etc.
In addition to manufacturing metal products, ISE is also equipped to do high quality nickel, chrome and zinc plating. This combination provides our customers with a one-stop high quality complete product with great cost saving advantages.
ISE has equipped itself with laser cutting equipment which is very advantageous to use when a part requires design flexibility, high quality cuts and precision. It is also used to prepare prototypes to confirm complex shapes during tooling development.
Equipment
With over 25 mechanical presses ranging from 60 to 600 tons, we can meet your needs whether they are for progressive, automatic transfer or manual tooling. ISE is also equipped with 2 hydraulic presses for your special deep draw needs. For smaller production needs, we can prepare your parts on an Amada punch turret CNC machine.
In addition to our stamping process, we have a 4,000 watt Trumpf laser cutting machine to meet your precision and prototype needs.
Two plating lines that offer nickel, nickel-chrome or zinc plating are used as a value-added process to your products.
For your assembly purposes, we are equipped with robotic and manual spot welders as well as several other welding and riveting machines.
