Over the years, ISE Stamping has evolved and now offers mare than just metal stamping. This allows our customers the possibility of working with a solid, integrated supplier, offering a wide variety of services.

ISE Stamping operates three plants in the Sherbrooke, QC area. In addition to the stamping of metal products, ISE Stamping is also equiped with 2 Trumpf lasers, with a 3rd laser (Mitsubishi) on the way. ISE Stamping operates a plating line, to do high quality chrome and zinc plating. Addtionnally, ISE Stamping offers punch press service, bending, the only double disk grinder in Quebec, a porcelaine line, welding and assembly services as well as one of the most solid technical team assembled.

Equipment

With over 25 mechanical presses ranging from 60 to 600 tons, ISE Stamping can meet your needs whether they are for progressive, automatic transfer or manual tooling. ISE Stamping is also equipped with 2 hydraulic presses for your special deep draw needs. For smaller production requirement, ISE Stamping can prepare your parts on an Amada punch turret CNC machine.

In addition to our metal stamping process, ISE Stamping operates a 4,000 watt Trumpf laser cutting machine, a 6,000 watt Trumpf laser cutting machine and has recently purchased a 4,000 watt Mitsubishi 6' x 12' laser cutting machine to meet your metal cutting requirement, and to greatly reduce lead times.

Two plating lines that offer nickel, nickel-chrome or zinc plating are used as a value-added process to your products.

For your assembly requirements, ISE Stamping is equipped with robotic and manual spot welders as well as several other welding and riveting machines.
